The Nordic Palestinian Film Festival (NPFF) is proud to announce the opening of submissions for its 4th edition, welcoming filmmakers from Palestine, the Nordic region, and around the world to share their films and stories with audiences.

Submissions open on 1 October 2026 and close on 7 November 2026.

As Founder and Director, I am proud to open the doors to another edition of NPFF and to continue building a space where Palestinian cinema, filmmakers, stories, culture, and artistic voices can be celebrated and experienced by audiences across the Nordic region.

Special Waiver for Palestinian Filmmakers — Especially Filmmakers from Gaza.

For the 4th edition, NPFF is pleased to offer a special FilmFreeway submission waiver to Palestinian filmmakers, with particular consideration for filmmakers from Gaza.

We want to make it easier for Palestinian filmmakers to participate and ensure that financial barriers do not prevent their work from reaching an international festival audience.

We warmly encourage Palestinian filmmakers — including filmmakers from Gaza, filmmakers living elsewhere in Palestine, displaced filmmakers, and Palestinian filmmakers based abroad — to submit their work.
